Combination between the control box from this set to indy7 body from another set.

Hello ~ I am Quang from Shinshinsa.
Now my company has two sets of robot that they got errors. One set (set 1) is control box error, another (set 2)is motor error of the Indy7 body.
Before I worked in Neuromeka, I used the control box of this set with the indy7 body of another set. At that time, I just need to change the zero position.
But today, when I did like that. It has this problem.
"Failed to read robot specification data below"
" 'CORE torque constant' "
Please tell me how to use the control box of set 1 with the indy7 body of set 2.
